He has been dubbed one of the world's best-dressed men. In this photo, which appears in the September issue of Harper's Bazaar, he wears a $995 Hugo Boss tuxedo.
She wears a $1,998 gown and $575 pumps by Ralph Lauren.
Harper's Bazaar has dubbed them "The New Kennedys."
She is: Kimberly Guilfoyle-Newsom
He is: Gavin Christopher Newsom
Kimberly, born in San Francisco to a Puerto Rican mother and an Irish father, is a thirty-four year-old reporter and aspiring actress. She used to be a Victoria Secret model. She is also a former deputy district attorney who prosecuted the infamous 2002 San Francisco dog-mauling case. Today, she is a legal correspondent for Court TV and CNN in Manhattan where she co-hosts Court TV's nightly "Both Sides". She is also a regular on "Good Morning America."
He is San Francisco's youngest Mayor.
Edgardo Chacon, Gavin and Kimberly's hairdresser for the last 10 years, calls Newsom "A classic man, like a movie star from the old days, like a Clark Gable or a John Kennedy." Chacon recently told the Washington Post, "He's as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside."
A few weeks ago, Chacon was involved in a fashion show for the American Cancer Society in which Kimberly participated. "Being with this Latin beauty was a reminder of the magnificent way she combines her own heritage with American sophistication," said Chacon. He said, "Kimberly has her own personal chic style. She is an amazing woman."

In the September issue of Harper's Bazaar which hit newstands yesterday, Gavin Newsom and Kimberly Guilfoyle-Newsom are sprawled out on a rug at the home of philanthropist, furniture designer and friend, Ann Getty.
The first couple of San Francisco get the star treatment, as they have since Newsom won the city's mayoral contest last fall.

Kimberly Guilfoyle-Newsom
As popular as Newsom has become in San Francisco (his last approval rating was 85%), it is his wife Kimberly who is more sought after in RuggedElegantLiving.com. For every search done of Gavin, there are forty done looking for information on the first lady of San Francisco," said Timothy Fredel, co-publisher of the online publication which promotes healthy, adventuresome, soulful living.
Likewise, in an unusual twist for the bicoastal power couple (she spends the week in New York and flies home to San Francisco for the weekend), it's Kimberly who's at the top of the ticket in the fashion spread.
This month's Bazaar fall fashion spread offers "best hair and makeup tips" and how to "update your look."
The Newsoms represent "one of the most glamorous political unions since Jack and Jackie,"claims the fashion magazine, "extravagantly blessed with brains, drive, charm, humor and dedication to public service."
Photographed by Dewey Nicks and written by Harper's contributing editor Nancy Collins, the magazine features Guilfoyle-Newsom posing in front of a pool table, her husband in the background.
