Fleur't's floral and interior designers, Jonathan Rachman and Elizabetta Cattaneo, are at it again. This time they are transforming Fleur't, their Pacific Heights floral design shop into an atelier filled with one-of-a-kind Italian home furnishings, jewelry and objects d'art.
This Thursday evening, June 24th from 4-9pm, the San Francisco and Rugged Elegance community is invited to meet the creators of Fleur't as their floral design business blossoms into a boutique that showcases notable jewelry designers such as Gabriela Artigas. Only twenty-one years old and talented far beyond her years, Artigas will be on hand for Thursday's opening.
Jewels and champagne will be served.
Fleur't is located at 2550 Sacramento (near Fillmore)
Gabriela Artigas draws inspiration from her native Mexico City to create one-of-a-kind designs. Her work has recently been featured in Nylon Magazine, the LA Times and Hollywood Life.
Jonathan and Betta were inspired to showcase Artigas' designs in part because each piece she creates is an art form.
Rachman said, "So many necklaces, bracelets and earrings these days are 'mainstream.' Gabriela has such an eye for the unique. She designs jewelry much the way it used to be created. It does not feel 'commercial.' Rather it looks like it was custom designed to fit the neckline of its owner."
Cattaneo added, "We also love Gabriela's humility. She is extremely talented, but you would never know by meeting her that she has been effected by the accolades she has received from the media and from her high-end client base. We are proud to be able to exclusively showcase her work at Fleur't."
At Fleur't's atelier opening on the 24th, Rachman and Cattaneo will also been presenting jewelry from their Italian designers, Jack Artiglio, Alessandra Rizzi and Cerfagli.
As a way of integrating their current floral design business in with their new luxury products boutique, Jonathan and Betta have begun offering a service whereby they send a beautiful flower arrangement together with an Artigas, Artiglio, Rizzi or Cefagli treasure. That's one amazing floral design with a twist!
