Carmel Greenberg has the best friends. To celebrate her 40th birthday, three gal pals, Amy Bonetti Price, Zem Spire Joaquin and Elisa Goldblatt rented Jehfree Waterbury's Pink Lady Limo for a rose-colored night out on the town.

Friday afternoon, they took to the streets of San Francisco -- from The Marina, to Pacific Heights to The Embarcadero and finally to The Theatre District where they stayed overnight at The Clift Hotel.

The "Shop til You Drop" Quartet started Carmel's birthday adventure on Chestnut Street. The first stop was dress, where Amy bought a black jacket only because she was cold.

Their next indulgence was Annie's, a Rugged Elegance Select Establishment on Sacramento, where we ran into this fun-loving group. Jehfree was standing next to his vintage stretch pink Lincoln Town Car sporting a pink beret and shades. He introduced us to The Pink Lady limo, which was originally a white-on-white stretch limo that he bought on eBay and had painted pink-on-pink.

While the girls were busy shopping in Annie's, Jehfree allowed us a peek inside. The car may not be exactly "rugged elegant." However, it is definitely fun, if you're turning sweet sixteen or you're a drag queen on your way to The Ball.

After taking this shot just before sunset, the girls made their purchases, stopped by the Clift Hotel to check in, threw on their pink boas and then were off to Teatro ZinZanni for chaos, dinner and fun.

After Teatro ZinZanni, the girls continued their celebration in style, and into the wee hours of the night at The Presidential Suite of The Clift Hotel.

Co-hostess, Amy Bonetti Price of BIG MOUTH communications shared with me yesterday, "After the show, we stopped for drinks at the Redwood Room at our hotel, then ordered a bottle of Crystal and headed up to our suite and put on our jammies. We danced, ate triple chocolate Birthday cake and gossiped throughout the night. It was a perfect girls' night in San Francisco."
