Today, Virginia Christensen, who has been at Renaissance for two years, determined that my hair needed the "Aqua-Oleum" treatment which included Lait Vital Proteine followed by Nutri-Liss and Serum Nutri-Instant. Made with avocado and jojoba oils, these "nourishing ritual" products contain emollient oils which penetrate more deeply into the cuticle layer of the hair than traditional conditioning emulsions.
The total cost for a Kerastase treatment which is expected to last up to twelve shampoos: $30.
An unexpected bonus was the personalized Tao massage which made my time in the salon more like a spa experience than an extra-conditioning tied to my weekly wash and blow dry.
