Rugged Elegance Endorses Newsom For Mayor

newsoms.clinton.jpg
SF Gate:
A last-minute visit by President Clinton underscored the stakes in a closely watched election today in which San Francisco voters will name a new mayor for the first time in eight years and usher in a new generation of leadership at City Hall.

Democrats nationwide have rushed to back Gavin Newsom and try to hold onto the mayoralty of one of the nation's most liberal cities.

meetgavin_portrait_web.jpg This is not about idealogy. This an important election that will effect the lives of San Franciscans for at least the next four years. As Gavin said recently, "This is not student governement. This is serious business."

If you live in San Francisco, please get out and vote, today. Tim and I were the 73rd and 74th to vote in our precinct this morning.

I'm a Republican. My partner is a Democrat. However, we both believe the best person for the job is Gavin Newsom.

Go Gavin and Kimberly!

Gavin Newsom for Mayor
