Don Simms is an inspiration both for his single-minded determination and for his ability to navigate the medical, research and legal barriers to do everything possible for his son.

This article raises many ethical questions, but there is one thing beyond question: Don Simms' love for his son, Jonathan. Mr. Simms should know that his efforts have already brought many blessings to the world.
