The Low-Carb Lifestyle In Oregon

The Oregonian: "Ask the waiter in just about any dining establishment to hold the starch on your dinner plate and he responds with a knowing smile and a one-word retort: 'Atkins?'"

Looks like Oregon is one of the leaders in the low-carb lifestyle.
