Here's an interesting story from Reuters that says that eating breakfast daily helps to improve your health. The study says that it is especially important to eat whole-grain carbohydrates. This makes sense as fiber helps to slow down the rate at which carbohydrates turn into blood glucose.

Here's a good choice for breakfast: oatmeal. Stay away from the instant variety and focus on the Quaker Old Fashinoned Oatmeal or, better yet, steel-cut oatmeal. To round out my breakfast, I have mine with low-fat cottage cheese. So what if my family thinks that I'm strange!

Eat right. Live better. To find out how to do it, check out this article.
