JCK's Five-Week Food Diary
- Fall 2002 5:30 a.m. Ate 1/2 a Apple Cinnamon Zone bar and
grabbed my bottle of water. Decided the caffeinated green tea
was wigging us out, so we bought some decaffeinated - complete
with antioxidants. Hopefully, this will take the edge off. What a sky! The pink and orange
palette that was on display, albeit for no more than five minutes,
is one more enticement to get up early. While most of the world
is still asleep we get blessed with little gifts like that one. |

3:30 p.m. Apple 6:30 p.m. 5 Egg Omelette (5 whites, 1 egg yolk) with Provolone cheese. 1 slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter (I should have had the soy butter in the frig but couldn't bring myself to sacrifice the Skippys. Maybe next time.) 1 cup of water. Other Comments: Upon reflection, I didn't drink anywhere near as much water as I should have, today. Tomorrow I'll plan to carry a bottle around wherever I go to make sure I drink at least eight cups. |
