Rugged Elegance Recommends: Portuguese Fashion Designs by Vieira, Salazar, Baldaque & Mourao
On Friday, March 18th 2005, Reuters photographer Jose Manuel Ribeiro captured this model presenting Miguel Vieira Autumn Winter design creation at the Lisbon Fashion Show.
Portugal's annual fashion show introduced designs by Vieira and other designers including Dino Alves, Anabela Baldaque, Cheyenne, Maria Gambina, Globe Line, Alves Goncalves, Joana Jorge, Lidija Kolovrat, Lion of Porches, Alexandra Moura, Pedro Mourao, Ana Salazar, Jose Antonio Tenente, David Wolinski and Katty Xiomara, to name perhaps half of them.
Lisbon fashion is presenting the Portuguese designers for the next four days at Armazem Terlis.
Another photographer, Nacho Doce on site captured Ana Salazar's sexy Autumn Winter creations.

A Taste of Ana Salazar's Fall Fashion
Ana Salazar is considered a pioneer of Portuguese fashion. In 1978, she began designing her own collections.
Her new shop on Rua do Carmo is listed as one of the "Top Ten" things to do in Lisbon.
