On Friday, December 17th, a group of researchers out of the Netherlands reported that you can add as many as six years to your life if you regularly eat "Polymeals".

A Polymeal is a combination of seven foods. These foods include fish, wine, dark chocolate, fruits, vegetables, garlic and almonds.

Harry & David Fruit Baskets
