Elton John is out to raise "four inches" of money and awareness for the Elton John Aids Foundation.
Models Kate Moss and Rachel Hunter, actresses Rebecca Romijn-Stamos and Lara Flynn-Boyle, along with The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, are five out of fourteen women who have agreed to be photographed for a Sir Elton charity book, called Four Inches.
From head-to-toe, the women will wear a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes and Cartier jewelry.
A spokesperson for Fergie, 45, said: "The Duchess is absolutely taking part in this case. It is a fundraiser for the Elton John Aids Foundation."

World-class fashion photographer and author of Girls Pamela Hanson is taking the pictures for the book.
And London-based Scriptum Editions will publish the collection of photos in the Spring of 2005 using a name which comes from the height of the stilettos worn by its models.
Money raised from the sales of Four Inches will be donated to the Elton John Aids Foundation.
The Elton John Aids Foundation has yet to release full details of the project.
A spokesman said: "It is a photographic project - it is not just a book. The book is just an element of the whole project."
The book is the brainchild of Tamara Mellon, founder, owner and president of Jimmy Choo shoes. The maker of 350 styles of some of the world's sexiest and most coveted shoes looks to Sandra Choi, its designer, to come up with the four inch high heels.
The Jimmy Choo shoes Mellon's models could be wearing during Hanson's shoot include:
off White leather multi studded open toe 'Jess' platform slide ($429 at time of post ~ regularly $720)
A few of the pieces of Cartier Jewelry not likely to be worn by Fergie, Kate, Rachel, Rebecca and Laura, but that is able to be owned by you include:
The Cartier Tank Francaise Ladies watch (was $2,900 / as of 10/15 $2,449)
