Fashion Designers, Giorgio & Silvana Armani Show Their Spring/Summer 2005 Women's Collections in Milan
Just as you were getting used to the idea that it is now fall, fashion designers are launching their Spring/Summer 2005 women's collections. In Italy, it is Milan Fashion Week. Today, Giorgio Armani together with his niece, designer Silvana Armani and a team of twelve, presented Emporio Armani swimsuits and other fashions for next Spring and Summer.
The 70 year-young man the Italians call 'il Signor Beige' is known for his love of neutral colours.
In addition to white and near-white colors, Armani's 2005 Spring/Summer colors include: nude, pale grey, duck egg blue, and, of course, beige.

At the New York and London collections, white and near-white colours have already proved to be a trend for next summer.
In a separate event today, Mr. Armani, wil present his higher-profile collection.
Tonight, in San Francisco and Miami, Departures magazine will host a Giorgio Armani Event at 278 Post Street and Bal Harbour Shops - for American Express Platinum Card members.
On Thursday, a similar event will take place in Beverly Hills at 436 North Rodeo Drive.
