Most Rugged Elegant, Best Dressed Women at The 2004 Golden Globe Awards

Eight beautiful women got our vote as the most "rugged elegant," best dressed celebrities at last night's 2004 Golden Globe Awards:

#1) Charlize Theron - Monster
#2) Diane Keaton - Something's Gotta Give
#3) Diane Lane - Under The Tuscan Sun
#4) Uma Thurman - Kill Bill
#5) Jessica Lang - Normal
#6) Reba McIntire - REBA
#7) Sharon Stone - presenting in honor of Michael Douglas
#8) Jane Fonda - there to support her son, Troy Garity for his role in Soldier's Girl

One of the few disappointments of the night was Nicole Kidman. Everything about her dress and presence was fabulous except the ice skater-like mesh on her gown and her gold headband. She has such a fabulous body, it is a shame she covered it up.

On the flipside of the above statement, it was a delight to see such stunning, older women dressed to the nines without the pressure of showing skin. Diane Keaton looked heavenly wearing white from head to toe.

We understand Reba tried on over 100 dresses before the evening. She didn't win the Golden Globe, but she had the look.
