American Soldiers Offered First-Class Treatment

Operation.Iraqi.Freedom.jpg

If you have been serving the United States as an American soldier, Delta and American Airlines would like to say thank you by welcoming you to a First-Class seat in their airport club while you are on R&R leave.

"Operation Iraqi Freedom" papers are all you need along with an airline ticket. Your ticket need not even be booked with Delta or American. Nor do you need to be coming from or going to Iraq.

Through the end of the R&R program, or as long as the US remains in Iraq in 2004, Delta and American will open their first-class club seats to soldiers -- usually reserved for business class, first class, and elite fliers.

Delta's Crown Room and American's Admirals Clubs enable you to enjoy free alcoholic beverages, access to the Internet, television, and comfortable seats during your wait in the airport.

Delta and American attendants will even remind you when it is time for you to catch your flight.

We hope other airlines will follow in Delta and American Airlines footsteps.

For Delta Airlines' offer details go to: Delta.com

For American Airlines' offer details go to: AA.com

If you hear of other companies offering similar perks to American soldiers during "Operation Iraqi Freedom" (OIF) or "Operation Enduring Freedom" (OEF) please let us know at inspire@ruggedelegance.com
