Broadway Artist, Ron Kellum Knows How To "Love/Life"

Ron.Kellum.gifA couple of years ago, Ron Kellum drove up to Maine to help me celebrate my 40th birthday. He and his partner, George, along with my husband and I, ended up at our favorite piano bar called The Kennebunkport Inn. After an amazing meal and conversation, to my surprise, Ron casually walked over to the piano and asked the man behind the keys to play "Happy Birthday."

Needless to say, Ron's rendition was the most soulful I have ever heard. Following this traditional tune, he had us swooning over him and a half dozen Broadway favorites. By the end of the night, Ron had the entire place singing - including George!

In this world, if you can have more than one soul mate, Ron Kellum is one of mine. Every time I speak on the phone with him, my soul gets nurtured. He's one of those friends you can be out-of-touch with for a year and pick up right where you left off before. As an entrepreneur in his own right, he knows when to empathize, how to cheer me on, and what to say, every time. While our worlds are very different, the connection we have is beyond special. Definitely of God.

This fall, when Ron sent me a copy of his first CD, "Love/Life," I knew my friend was about to take a leap off the Broadway stage and onto a new stage of life.

To learn more about the road this amazingly talented man has been on, and/or to purchase his CD, go to Ron Kellum at RuggedElegance.com.

If you're looking for the perfect holiday gift for your mom, dad, or any friend who loves the Best of Broadway, look no further.

Enjoy!
